Following our long-term partnerships with the industry’s most popular portals Airbnb and Rightmove, we have decided to expand the selection of platforms we offer to our clients, in order to achieve maximum exposure.
Currently, all our existing clients who have bookings made through Airbnb and Rightmove are able to track their earnings and information via the SMARTHOST app. This has proven to be a wonderful way for landlords to keep tabs on their income generated, as well as, managing their bookings effectively.

For landlords opting to use the platform to list their property, it is highly advantageous as Booking.com is not a contracting party between the property and the guest and therefore you will have full control over your rates and availability. Additionally, unlike many other platforms out there, Booking.com does not charge guests any extra fees and therefore do not add anything to your final set price that is decided.
The second property portal we will be using to increase our client’s visibility within the market is Trivago. The website operates in over 190 countries and is primarily used as a search platform to compare hotels or places to stay. We use the platform at SMARTHOST as a metasearch marketing tool, to create a profile and market your property to reach thousands of travelers.
A fantastic advantage to our clients who wish to list their property on Booking.com is that this will automatically display on Trivago, as the two sites are integrated. This allows for our clients to have a higher competitive edge against other landlords operating within the industry. The next platform we are partnering alongside is OnTheMarket, the 3rd biggest UK residential property portal. The company provides a highly user-friendly service and our team at SMARTHOST can highly maximise your visibility by using their ‘New and Exclusive’ property features. OnTheMarket drives a significantly high number of internet traffic and their engagement has increased by over 3 million visits since December of 2020.
