As soon as you provide us with the keys, your property can be prepared for letting within just 24hours after you sign the contract. However, it is important to note that this depends on property condition and whether all amenities are provided.
Every guest goes through a vetting process and our team is trained to pre-qualify guests. Every person must either be verified by the letting platform or provide ID. Additionally, we also provide guests with a House Manual which contains the house rules during their stay. We have penalties in place for violation of house rules, that guests are made aware of before checking in.

We don’t believe in long-term contracts or hidden fees. We have a 30-day rolling contract, and we just need a 1 month notice if you’d like to cancel our services.
We advise all our hosts to obtain insurance, however, the platforms such as Airbnb have policies that protect properties against any damage. Furthermore, guests must pay a security deposit along with any other payments upfront. The appointed platforms such as Airbnb will be responsible for handling the payment process.
A report will be sent to you once a month on the agreed date and will cover all reservations for the previous month. You will then have the chance to approve the report or ask any questions. Once you confirm the report, the payment will be sent to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
