At SMARTHOST, we operate a trustful referral program that provides clients with the opportunity to receive a financial reward by getting a new customer to sign with us.
We are extremely proud to state that word of mouth referrals has been an integral factor that has enabled our business to grow over the years. Which is why we have modified our initiative to extend our thanks to our highly valued existing clients.
Our referral program is applicable across our short and long-let services. For short let the referred client must sign SmartHost’s Client Agreement whilst providing availability of the property for bookings, for a consecutive period of at least 12 weeks from the start date of the contract.
On the other hand, for long-let, the same circumstances apply but the property must be let for a minimum commitment of 6 months.
Based on customer feedback and the success of our previous referral scheme, we have opted to extend the locations across London that this initiative is counted for. Therefore, the property signed under the management of our lettings team at SMARTHOST must be located within Zones 1-3 and also Greater London areas.
The sum will be forwarded via secure bank transfer to the referrals preferred account and the amounts are as follows:
